Lifetime Sizing Policy for Rings by Chisel
Chisel provides a lifetime sizing policy for all rings.
Customers may exchange Chisel rings as many times as needed for the lifetime of
the ring. Deductible applies each time the ring is returned for and exchange and
deductibles are listed below. American Jewelers has the right to refuse to
replace the ring if it has been altered in any way. Engraving, soldering,
sizing, polishing, ultra sonic cleaning, steaming or other obvious signs of
abuse to the ring will void the guarantee. Rings will be exchanged for the
exact ring being returned unless the style is no long available. In the case your
ring can not be exchanged due to market availability American Jewelers will exchange
it for a ring that closely matches the original.

Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic rings are designed to be
extremely durable and maintenance free. Under normal wear, your Tungsten
Carbide ring and ceramic rings should remain in original condition and
resistant from scratches. However, the inlay in Tungsten Carbide rings will
show signs of wear with time. The replacement cost covers a new inlay in a different
finger size, along with all refurbishing and finishing work provided. Titanium
and Stainless Steel are softer metals and they will scratch and show signs of
wear with time. This wear is not a defect in manufacturing.
Size exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase under our
normal return policy, shipping charges will apply. Any item that has a
manufacturing defect will be exchanged at any time.
